Are you a skilled automotive professional looking for a new challenge? Want to share your knowledge and inspire the next generation of mechanics? We are looking for a Motor Vehicle Trainer to join our private training provider in Shrewsbury-no prior teaching experience needed!

They will fully fund your teaching qualification (Worth £6,000), helping you develop into an outstanding trainer while you pass on your expertise.

What You'll Do:

  • Teach and support young learners (Levels 1-3) in both technical classroom sessions and practical workshops
  • Deliver training on MOT, diagnostics, turbochargers, servicing, and maintenance
  • Split your time between teaching, marking, and supporting learners
  • Help develop the skills of future vehicle technicians in a hands-on learning environment

What You Need:

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Service, Repair, or Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to teach & mentor others
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn teaching methods
