Are you an organized, proactive, and professional individual looking to play a key role in supporting leadership within education? Join our clients dynamic team as aSecretary to the Executive Principal at one of the regions leading Multi-Academy Trusts, based in Shrewsbury.

About the Role

As the Executive Secretary to the Executive Principal, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth operation of the Trusts leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Principal, managing communications and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring the Executive Principals time is optimized.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for key meetings, including board and stakeholder engagements.
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, building strong and effective relationships.
  • Supporting strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the Executive Principal.
What Were Looking For

To thrive in this role, youll need:

  • Proven experience in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within an educational or multi-academy trust setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the evolving needs of a large organization.
