An outstanding Property Management company is on the lookout for someone to head-up and manage the department that looks after all property compliance and legal matters.

You will directly lead a small team, delegating and allocating work loads efficiently, whilst being responsible for handling all the legal paperwork related to property transactions and company governance.

This dynamic role requires someone with a high level of organisation and attention to detail to ensure records are accurate and legal filings are completed on time; whilst all legal processes (like selling flats, appointing directors, and managing leaseholder requests) are handled smoothly. This varied and engaging position also oversees processes related to LPE1 forms, pre-sales, completions, conveyancing and so much more.

Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday office-based.

Salary is up to £45,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be considered with the right experience.

A successful candidate for this role would have deep knowledge and understanding of leasehold property law and an ability to lead and manage a team.
