This family run company manufactures high-end products within the food/ drink sector. Due to continued growth they are looking for an Operations/ Production Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be tasked with overseeing production to ensure goods are manufactured and sent out on time, and to improve the process to ensure it is efficient with regards to both quality and cost. The role will be incredibly varied and be involved in multiple areas within the business.
The ideal candidate will come from a Production background with experience with improving production processes, such as Operations Management, Production Management, Production Supervisor or similar.
The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours
*Management of day to day running of production
*Improvement of production processes to ensure efficiencies
*Working within other areas of the business such as the warehouse, health and safety, and more
The Person:
*Experience in Production, such as food, FMCG, or other industries
*Experience with process improvement of production environments or similar
