Maintenance Project Coordinator

Location: ShrewsburyHourly Rate: £20 to £22 per hour but happy to discuss Contract Duration: 4 months (Temporary) with the option to extendStart Date: ASAP

As the Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of a Maintenance Planning Module, which is part of the company's suite of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems. You will work closely with the FM Operations Director to ensure a seamless rollout, effective system integration, and process optimisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Maintenance Planning Module
• Collaborating with internal teams to map existing workflows and align them with the new system
• Supporting data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
• Providing training and guidance to users to ensure a smooth adoption of the module
• Monitoring project timelines, tracking key milestones, and reporting progress to the FM Operations Director
• Identifying and addressing potential challenges, offering solutions to enhance system efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices throughout the project

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Project Coordinator role will have:

• Experience in maintenance planning, facilities management, or project coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise workflows and system performance
• Familiarity with maintenance software, CAFM systems, or related digital tools (an advantage)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with different teams
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
