Client Adviser                Job Opportunity Shrewsbury HybridUp to £45,000 per annum  Are you an experienced insurance professional looking to take the next step in your career?We are working on behalf of a leading, nationally recognised insurance broker to find a talented Client Adviser (Corporate) who will play a pivotal role in servicing their prestigious corporate client portfolio.About the RoleAs a Client Adviser, you’ll work closely with Client Executives to manage the day-to-day servicing of accounts. You’ll bring your insurance expertise to support policy management, negotiate with insurers, and ensure operational excellence.Client Adviser Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Client Executives to service corporate accounts effectively.
  • Use your insurance knowledge to handle policy queries, wordings, and extensions.
  • Act as a liaison with insurers, including conducting negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, invoicing accuracy, and data quality.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  The Candidate:
  • Cert CII qualification (or working towards it).
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance, including underwriting, claims, and broking processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Acturis is a bonus.
  • Ability to organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory standards.
