Therapeutic Radiographer Location: South UK (Shropshire)Contract length: 6 months with view to extendRate: Band 6 Full time, Mon - Fri 9-5Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting a Therapeutic Radiographer in Shropshire, to provide radiotherapy services to cancer patients. You will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver treatment while maintaining patient safety and comfort, and participating in CPDRole Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health of the patient undergoing treatment and inform senior professionals within the organisation of any problems or concerns.
- Dispense pharmaceutical preparations strictly according to patient group directives.
- Document and report any deviations from prescribed treatment, record observations and comments in the patient's treatment file, sign and date these annotations.
- Negotiate appropriate treatment appointment times with patients on a day-to-day basis.
