The successful Lettings Consultant will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.

Lettings Consultant – Duties
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants
- Handling Property Management and scheduling repairs
- Carrying out property inspections
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed
- Experience within a Lettings role is essential, whether this be Lettings Negotiator or Property Management
- Keen to progress and learn other aspects of Lettings
- ARLA qualification is highly desirable
- Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
