What You Will Do:
- Deliver engaging, firsthand lessons in Design and Technology, covering areas like Product Design, Engineering, Textiles, and Electronics
- Encourage students to think critically, solve problems, and be creative with their designs.
- Foster a positive and dynamic classroom environment, using your expertise to motivate and inspire learners.
- Work flexibly across a variety of secondary schools, gaining valuable experience and building your professional network.
- Help students develop the practical skills they need to succeed, both academically and in real-world applications
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A strong background in Design and Technology, with subject expertise in areas such as Product Design, Engineering, or Textiles
- Previous experience in teaching secondary school students (preferred, but not essential)
- A passion for firsthand, practical learning
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)

As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and Umbrella body to the DBS, (Disclosure & Barring Service) Excell Supply is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children.
All applicants will be subject to thorough employment checks and must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service certificate in place.
Candidates without an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service will have to apply for a new one.
