Your new schoolHays Education are currently working with a great primary school in the Shrewsbury area. We are looking for Level 2/Level 3 Teaching Assistants to start after October half term with flexibility, due to a huge increase in demand! We are now looking for an engaging individual who holds a qualification, to support pupils within the classroom who want to make a difference and impact pupils' lives.

Your new roleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a variety of pupils. The role will consist of supporting small groups or working 1-2-1 with pupils who may need additional assistance. Pay between £85-£95 a day depending on experience. These roles range from short-term positions which could turn into long-term roles or potentially even permanent employment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You must have a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • A positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively within a professional team
  • Experience working with children in an education setting
