Sonic Summary

This part-time Community Occupational Therapist (OT) role is available to support the Dementia Team based in Telford or Shrewsbury.
Candidates are required to have experience visiting patients in their homes, with a preference for those with community mental health and dementia experience.
The position offers 22.5 flexible hours per week for a duration of 12 weeks and is set to start as soon as possible.
Applicants must be HCPC registered and have mental health experience, with a B6 rate provided via Direct Engagement.
Mileage will be reimbursed at 40p per mile, and candidates must be able to travel using their own vehicle.

(Part time role)- Community OT B6 to support the Dementia Team

Based at Hall Court Telford or Severnfields Health Village, Shrewsbury.

- Candidates must be a car driver and able to travel in own vehicle, mileage paid at 40p per mile.

This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week (flexible within team core working hours of Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00hrs) for 12 weeks.)

This Role requires a candidate who has experience visiting patients within their own homes.

Previous community mental health and dementia experience is valuable.

Autonomous role with support from Clinical Lead, OT colleagues and wider team.
