As a Senior Practitioner, you'll:Lead on complex cases, supporting the safe discharge of care orders.Work closely with families to ensure robust, sustainable care arrangements are in place.Provide expert guidance to team members, helping them navigate the discharge process.Collaborate with partner agencies and legal professionals to achieve positive outcomes.Use your expertise to promote stability, permanency, and independence for children.
What You Bring:To excel in this role, you must have:A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.Current registration with Social Care England.Proven expertise in child protection, care planning, and fostering or adoption processes.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
