ABC Teachers is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join the vibrant learning environment of a SEND school in the heart of Shrewsbury.

Role Overview

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing personalized support to students, both individually and in small groups. Your primary focus will be on fostering a student-centered approach to learning, assisting with classroom activities, and ensuring each student's unique needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver effective classroom support, adapting to the diverse needs of students.

  • This is a full-time, ongoing position, with immediate openings as well as January 2025 starts.
