We are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for a NHS hospital based in Shrewsbury. Supporting adults 18+ with various mental health conditions.

Your role will be to ensure the residents are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.

You will need to be flexible with shifts.

Shift patterns are:

  • 07:00 - 15:00
  • 07:30 - 15:30
  • 12:00 - 20:00
  • 12:30 - 20:30
  • 21:30 - 07:30


Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in mental health hospitals (Essential)
  • CPI restraint training (Essential)
  • DBS on update service (Desirable)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions
