As a Children's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in making a positive difference in a child's life. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping children in need cope with their daily issues through activities and therapy.
  • Providing direct care to children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Creating a safe and positive place for residents.
  • Monitoring resident's daily progress.
