You will be assisting learners facing complex social challenges, including those at risk of or involved in the criminal justice system, exploitation, substance misuse, and other vulnerabilities.This role focuses on empowering learners to develop personally, prepare for adulthood, enhance self-regulation, and contribute positively to society while fostering respect for themselves, others, and their environment.Experience and qualifications:

  • Design and execute comprehensive strategies to identify and support at-risk learners, ensuring compliance with Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023) and Keeping Children Safe in Education (2024).
  • Work closely with the Senior Lead for Learner Welfare to embed risk reduction and youth support initiatives within the school's pastoral care and safeguarding frameworks.
  • Supervise the evaluation of learners' needs, especially those facing adverse social conditions, to ensure prompt and effective interventions
