The schools we support cater to students with a range of additional needs.Key Responsibilities:* Work one-on-one or in small groups supporting pupils with additional needs.* Assist with educational activities, including supporting learning objectives and helping to manage behaviour.* Help students with personal care needs where necessary.* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.* Monitor and report on students progress and well-being.* Be able to be adaptable and understanding to the needs of individual pupils.
