Are you an accomplished leader in the housing sector ready to make a real impact? Connexus is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Communities and Customer Services Director. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this diverse role invites you to provide strategic leadership and guidance for our corporate plan and customer strategies.

Adept in social housing expertise, you'll be a pivotal member of our Executive leadership team, championing a customer-centric service model. Your mission will be to align our housing, communities and customer strategies with improved services and streamlined processes.

With a demonstrable track record of driving performance and transforming customer experience you will inspire through your visionary leadership, encouraging innovation, development and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a leader who can:

  • Provide strategic direction for the Communities and Customer Services Directorate.
  • Navigate the statutory and regulatory frameworks that govern housing and support services.
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction while ensuring the effective delivery of housing and community services.
  • Make informed, evidence-based financial decisions that align with our organisational goals.
  • Foster collaboration with the Non-Executive Board and senior leaders to achieve top-tier performance.
