The team manages cases involving Children in Need, Child Protection, PLO, and looked after children in proceedings.
Key responsibilities include case management, providing monthly supervision, conducting dip samples and audits, and ensuring performance management.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in social work and a passion for making a difference in children's lives.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Overview

Manage team of 6 Social Workers, one Family Support Worker and one Apprentice Social Worker.

The Team holds children subject to Children in Need, Child Protection, PLO and looked after children in proceedings.

Responsibilities

Case manage children
Provide monthly supervision for social workers
Complete dip samples and audits to evidence children’s plans are being progressed
Performance management, ensure clear oversight,
Work as part of management team of 6 TMs within the Case Management and Court Service under the direction of the Service Manager
