Job Overview

Manage team of 6 Social Workers, one Family Support Worker and one Apprentice Social Worker.

The Team holds children subject to Children in Need, Child Protection, PLO and looked after children in proceedings.

Responsibilities

  • Case manage children
  • Provide monthly supervision for social workers
  • Complete dip samples and audits to evidence children’s plans are being progressed
  • Performance management, ensure clear oversight,
  • Work as part of management team of 6 TMs within the Case Management and Court Service under the direction of the Service Manager
