The Role:
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for a reputable company that provides premium material handling equipment to a variety of industries. This role will suit a candidate with strong customer service and administration skills.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • First point of contact with customers, managing communication and queries on sales and service.
  • Regularly update customers on requirements and expectations.
  • Assist with service invoice queries.
  • Update the CRM system as required.
  • Process Service Engineer paperwork.
  • Checking paperwork of all leasing and rental contracts.


The successfully appointed Customer Service Coordinator will have:

  • A background in administration and/or customer service.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work productively in a fast-working environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP (desirable as training will be provided).
