We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in both specialist and mainstream schools in Shrewsbury.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with varying needs, helping them to learn and develop.Key Responsibilities:* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional needs.* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management plans.* Support students in their academic and social development, both inside and outside the classroom.* Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt lessons and learning materials to meet the needs of students.* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:* Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.* A relevant qualification in education or childcare is advantageous but not essential.* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.What We Offer:* Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.* A supportive and dedicated consultant.* The chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.If you are passionate about education and believe you have the skills and experience to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
