The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience within an accountancy practice.
• Be STEP or CTA qualified.
• Demonstrate expertise in inheritance tax, trusts, residency, and capital gains.
• Be self-motivated, driven, and passionate about providing outstanding client service.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in staying ahead of legislative changes.
