Sonic Summary

A new Motor Vehicle Technician role is available in Shrewsbury with a salary of £35,000 basic plus bonuses and company benefits.
The position requires a minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in automotive mechanics.
Candidates will work in a busy multi-franchise dealership, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
Duties include servicing, diagnostics, general repairs, and potentially MOT testing, with training provided for those not already qualified.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with one Saturday shift every four weeks from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

We are currently recruiting a level 3 qualified Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician for YOLO Recruitment clients main car dealership, in Shropshire.

As a Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician you will be reporting to the Aftersales Manager. You will be working for a multi-franchise dealership. You will be a qualified mechanic with a minimum Level 2 or level 3 qualification. You will be working in a busy fast paced workshop maintaining our customer’s vehicle to the highest standard carrying out inspections, repairs and service checks following Health & Safety regulations.

Ideally you will be qualified MOT tester however we will provide training.

You will also need to have your own tools and a full manual UK DL.

Duties:

Servicing of vehicles
Diagnostics of vehicles
General repairs
Carry out mot testing

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30 - 1.00.
