I am currently recruiting for a small chain of hotels, looking for a talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to aid their brigade of 3 for their stunning stately home and wedding venue operating around 200 weddings per year up to 110pax and with high quality main 50cv ALC restaurant located in Shropshire within easy commute from Shrewsbury and Telford.
The successful Junior Sous or Snr Chef de Partie will have experience for 2yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in busy hotels,venues and banqueting operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants MUST have full eligibility to live and work in the UK and ideally access to personal transport.
