Salary: 29,000 - 32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Annual Leave: 33 days

Are you a skilled automotive professional looking for a new challenge? Want to share your knowledge and inspire the next generation of mechanics? We are looking for a Motor Vehicle Trainer to join our private training provider in Shrewsbury-no prior teaching experience needed!
They will fully fund your teaching qualification (Worth 6,000), helping you develop into an outstanding trainer while you pass on your expertise.
What You'll Do:
- Teach and support young learners (Levels 1-3) in both technical classroom sessions and practical workshops
- Deliver training on MOT, diagnostics, turbochargers, servicing, and maintenance
- Split your time between teaching, marking, and supporting learners
- Help develop the skills of future vehicle technicians in a hands-on learning environment
What You Need:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Service, Repair, or Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to teach & mentor others
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn teaching methods
