About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Commerical Manager to oversee the end-to-end on-site planning integration for the delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all permanent builds. Reporting to the Project Manager, ensure planning integration across supplier, area, construction, and integrated work schedules, validating access availability and work progress to meet the overall project schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 planning software
  • Quantity Surveying qualifications and/or experience
  • Knowledge of leadership in complex projects
  • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning integration for projects valued around 60m
  • Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
  • Assist in strategy development and implementation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Anticipate and resolve project issues
  • Ensure lessons-learnt and knowledge-capture practices
  • Interface with other programmes to adopt best practices
