Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator for a permanent role at Hinkley Point C.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team in a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Carry out clerical duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports as well as working closely with construction managers
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Pay rate - 12 to 15 p/h depending on experience

Mon to Fri

8am - 5pm - flexible - 40 hours a week

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
