Site Administrator
NRLare seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Site Managers and Senior Project Managers on a prestigious project.

This is a hybrid position.

Contract:
6-12 month rolling contract (subject to extension based on satisfactory performance)
Location:Bridgwater
Salary:30,000 - 35,000
Hours:5 days, 37 hours per week
Start Date:Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Site Manager and Senior Project Managers with administrative tasks
  • Ensure data sensitivity and GDPR compliance through WIMS BPPS Clearance
  • Complete and audit BPSS documentation
  • Book hotels for workforce
  • Organise hire cars and transport logistics
  • Facilitate visitor pass and liaise with HPC Security
  • Manage diaries for yourself and the Site Manager
Requirements:
  • Experience with BPPS Clearance/WIMS system (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with documentation verification
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Document Controller experience (desirable)
  • HPC BPSS Clearance (desirable)
Additional Information:
  • The first month will be 100% site-based for training and onboarding.
  • After the first month, the role will transition to a hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.
