We are looking for a Governance Business Partner to join the team of a well established organisation in the East Midlands. This role is offering an amazing opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company, offering hybrid working, health care, training courses and more.

Governance Business Partner
Monday to Friday/ 37 hours
27000 - 33000 per annum

As a Governance Business Partner, you will be:
  • Taking ownership of board and committee meeting processes to ensure an effective and proactive support service
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, good practise and legislation.
  • Providing advice, support and guidance as required
  • Supporting development and delivery of communication plans to ensure external factors and changes affecting the company are shared effectively
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures with responsible managers to ensure compliance with regulation and support managers to ensure regulator and legal requirements are considered
  • Assisting with appraisal process and annual board effectiveness reviews

To be successful as a Governance Business Partner, you will have experience in:
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Providing guidance and support on governance processes and legislations
  • Taking ownership of board and committee meetings
  • Assurance policies and frameworks
