About The Company:A fascinating business operating in a niche environment, they work with leading organisations nationally and internationally to provide unique business solutionsThe Role:We are looking for a Management Accountant to join their dedicated finance team. The position will lead to further growth as the company continues to develop enhanced product offerings for its client base.Key Responsibilities:

Producing full sets of Management Accounts for both core and satellite businesses.
Work closely with senior leadership teams to ensure the smooth flow of salient information.
Manage a growing finance team and mentor junior staff.
Be on hand to offer support to the Finance Manager as required.

Desirable Skills:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Demonstrable background in team leadership
Experience using finance systems and Advanced Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
