Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our construction team in Sidcup. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations by managing office tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
