- Manage inbound sales enquiries across various channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and online platforms.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and match them with the ideal vehicle from a diverse stock.
- Provide personalised finance quotes (HP/PCP) as required.
- Respond to digital enquiries within 1 hour to ensure outstanding service and timely follow-up.
- Analyse customers coming to the end of their PCP / HP and inviting customers to look at other vehicle solutions to satisfy their needs and wants
- Maintain detailed and accurate records on all platforms, liaising with the sales team to progress leads efficiently.
- Post hand over care; is the customer happy? Was there any products or services they require post sale
- Coordinate and organise customer appointments and test drives, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Leverage tools such as video, online media, and specific web links to engage and encourage customers through the sales process.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven experience delivering exceptional customer care in a sales or administrative role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Organisation & IT Skills: A process-oriented approach, excellent administrative skills, and proficiency with IT systems.
- Automotive Knowledge: While experience with used vehicles, specifications, and finance options is advantageous, it is not essential.
