Key Responsibilities of the successful Maintenance Coordinator:
- Schedule and coordinate routine and emergency lift maintenance activities.
- Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments and address inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and service reports.
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and manage maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including processing work orders and managing documentation.
Requirements of the successful Maintenance Coordinator:
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Past experience in the lift industry
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
