The Best Connectionare currently looking for aClass 2 HIABdriver to fill their clients ad hoc bookings.
You will be tasked with the delivery of the delivery ofbuilding materialswith the use of the lorry loader crane. This is all going to be around the South East corner. This could be from either aGrab loader or by a Hook, so experience in both would be beneficial.
Somecustomer facingis required, so some experience in this would be necessary as you would be representing the company.
This is aMonday to Fridayrole with occasional Saturdays.07:00 start times.
Responsibilities of theClass 2 HiabDriver
- Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
- Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner and prepare to return home.
- Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Requirements of theClass 2 HiabDriver
- CategoryC Licence
- Class 2 Driving experience
- Current and in date CPC & Digicard
- Verifiable references
- Live load driving experience
- Grab and Hook experience
Compensation of the Class 2 HiabHGV Driver
The starting salary for this position is18.00hourly PAYE
