**Key Responsibilities:**

- Join a proactive team of brokers in the Commercial Renewals department.

- Handle all aspects of commercial renewals, engaging with insurers and clients before and after renewals.

- Achieve and exceed targets for converting renewal business.

- Prepare market presentations and renewal reports.

- Conduct checks on covers, warranties, and endorsements to ensure accuracy.

- Manage mid-term adjustments effectively.

- Handle incoming and outbound calls professionally.

- Communicate and collaborate with clients and insurance companies.

- Cross-sell additional products as appropriate.
