Their offices offer traditional settings, allowing potential buyers and vendors to discuss their property requirements in comfort whilst their highly motivated and respected Sales and lettings teams offer a service which is unparalleled within the area.
Due to a retirement they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for their Sidcup office.
Ideal Person路Already have experience at Valuer/Branch/Sales Manager level路Manage the Sales team路Confident lister/valuer路Deal with Sales Progression路You must be a proactive individual 路You must be target driven and be able to increase Business Levels
Essential skills:路Previous experience in Estate Agency is essential 路Proven track record in Valuing with a very good conversion rate 路Increasing market share路Managing a Sales team路Full Driving License
Preferable skills:路Knowledge of local area
In return you will receive -路A competitive basic of 拢30-35,000 dependant on experience路Realistic OTE of 拢60-70,000
Hours of work -路Monday to Friday 9am-6pm路Saturday 9am-5pm路Sunday 10am-4pm路5 day working week
