- Lead the sales team to hit and exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture within the branch.
- Conduct valuations and secure new listings, aiming to maximise instruction levels and agency fees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and build relationships with local clients and community members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, identifying and addressing training needs as required.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring smooth transactions from valuation to sale completion.
- Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and competitor activity.
- Generate new business through networking, local marketing, and prospecting efforts.
- Manage the branch budget, reporting regularly on performance, market conditions, and team activities.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in property sales, with a track record of successful listings and sales performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve set objectives.
- Strong local knowledge of the Sidcup and South East London property market.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with achievable OTE of £60,000 - £70,000.
