This role requires a seasoned professional who is a skilled lister, exceptional at generating new business, and passionate about property sales. Role Overview:As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch and achieving branch sales targets. You will play a vital role in listing properties, maintaining a strong market presence, and driving client satisfaction, making a tangible impact on the agency's growth and reputation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to hit and exceed targets, fostering a high-performance culture within the branch.
  • Conduct valuations and secure new listings, aiming to maximise instruction levels and agency fees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and build relationships with local clients and community members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, identifying and addressing training needs as required.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring smooth transactions from valuation to sale completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and competitor activity.
  • Generate new business through networking, local marketing, and prospecting efforts.
  • Manage the branch budget, reporting regularly on performance, market conditions, and team activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property sales, with a track record of successful listings and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve set objectives.
  • Strong local knowledge of the Sidcup and South East London property market.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
