Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager
London and surrounding areas of M25
Up to £60k a year + car allowance + training + hybrid working

With an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector, they offer a comprehensive mechanical, electrical and public health design, installation and maintenance service across many sectors.
The role:
The position is site based where you will be required to manage projects of MEPH value up to £8 million. Project locations are in London and surrounding area of M25.
You will ideally have a background in the mechanical and electrical sector with significant experience in project, supervision and management roles. MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential.
Job spec:
- Pro-Core Software (Training can be provided)
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEPH contracts
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource effectively.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project completion
- Review project design, drawings and specification and create detailed project plans
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labour to full in line with projects program of works
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project
- Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings
- Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
