An opportunity has arisen for a Type 1 Fire Risk Assessor to join a Risk Management Team. This role offers a chance to develop expertise and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
  • Provide clear and comprehensive fire safety advice to clients
  • Assist in fire consultancy, advice on bespoke works, and conduct compartmentation or intrusive surveys (support and instruction may be provided as needed)
  • Support the QA Supervisor by reviewing and ensuring the quality of FRA reports
  • Assist the Training Department by delivering on-site and online fire safety training courses based on client needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners, while ensuring effective communication with the Head of Fire Risk Management
  • Contribute to business growth by delivering high-quality services, securing new business, and generating revenue through FRAs, quality assurance, and training courses
Required Skills:
  • Experience in delivering Type 1 FRAs
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices
