Contracts Manager (Residential)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join one of the largest Residential Developers. A great opportunity to oversee the management of a number of sites across the region, where you can bring fresh ideas and play a key role within the organisation.
Duties:
- As the Contracts Manager, you will maximise profit whilst exceeding all client expectations acting as the senior point of contact
- You will be responsible for overseeing up to 4 projects with the support from the Project Managers
- This is a Senior Management role, so you will be required to provide a high level of managerial direction and support to site teams to enable them to achieve a successful
outcome to their Projects in terms of profit, timeliness and quality within a safe environment
- Responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team
- Ensuring all projects comply with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as the Contracts Manager with a Residential Developer
- RC Frame & Traditional volume build experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A deep understanding of construction processes
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
