PA to Principal of Criminal Defence Solicitors

URGENT REQUIREMENT

Sidcup

Circa £25000 per annum

We are currently working with a Legal Practice based in Sidcup, Kent who have an urgent requirement for a Personal Assistant to support the Principal to the Criminal Defence Team. This is an urgent requirement so candidates who are available and who can start during the month of November will be given an immediate interview

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Arranging Appointments
  • Using LEAP software to record Court Attendance notes and Time Recording
  • Processing outcome letters to clients

  • Liaising with Counsel and Experts and Courts
  • Keeping Diary for Principal
  • Producing invoices for Private Clients together with agreements
  • Liaising with accounts re payments of above
  • Diarising payment dates
  • Obtaining initial information from client
  • Taking notes at meetings

You will have an attention to detail and a true ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Hours of work are 9-5pm Monday to Friday

This role will become hybrid once full training has been given. You will be required to work in the office 1 - 2 days per week dependent on work load and meetings.
