A thriving company has a new opening for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves managing Engineers diaries, scheduling and accepting quotes and carrying out a range of administrative functions to support the wider team.

  • Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
  • 8.30am - 5pm

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and effectively responding to queries
  • Working reactively and flexibly to ensure emergencies are dealt with promptly
  • Scheduling and booking in quotes
  • Ensuring Engineers are on route to their jobs and managing any enquiries
  • Arranging hire for quoted works
  • Preparing handover at the end of the day/week, advising the OOH team on works
  • Organising site permits as required

Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • IT proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • A can do attitude and flexible approach
