A thriving company has a new opening for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves managing Engineers diaries, scheduling and accepting quotes and carrying out a range of administrative functions to support the wider team.
- Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
- 8.30am - 5pm
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and effectively responding to queries
- Working reactively and flexibly to ensure emergencies are dealt with promptly
- Scheduling and booking in quotes
- Ensuring Engineers are on route to their jobs and managing any enquiries
- Arranging hire for quoted works
- Preparing handover at the end of the day/week, advising the OOH team on works
- Organising site permits as required
Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- IT proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- A can do attitude and flexible approach
