- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic, with uncapped OTE up to £40,000.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, plus Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rota basis.

- Greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.
- Upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Managing appointments, updating customer records, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Working closely with the service team to maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong IT literacy and organisational abilities to manage a busy workload effectively.
- Self-motivation, with a proactive and flexible approach to team support.
- A full UK manual driving license is essential.
