Our Client is a dynamic, innovative and established Fresh Food business, currently achieving high levels of sustained growth across their category. We currently offer an exciting opportunity to join the technical team as Technical Compliance Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Technical, the successful individual will ensure compliance to Legal, Food Safety, and Customer requirements to include;
Ensure the internal audit schedule is implemented against the QMS & the Customer Codes of Practices / Requirements
Management of the QMS / Quality Management System, to comply to BRC requirements
HACCP / TACCP team leadership, documentation, validation, and review
Coordination of site GMP audits and recording of corrective actions
Management of pest control contract and Red Tractor
Requirements;
Previous experience in a Technical Compliance position, within Fresh Produce / Food environments
Knowledge of and confident to work to & achieve BRC standards and Red Tractor standards
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels
Driven, energetic, and passionate about achieving results
Driving Licence is essential due to travel across sites
Salary; up to 36k dependent on experience
Hours; Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm, but flexibility required
Location: North Kent / Greater London area
