An established Maintainence company are currently looking for an Invoicing Administrator.
The role involves providing administrative support to the wider team, dealing with invoicing, Purchase Orders, invoice queries and database management.

Invoicing Administrator Responsibilities:
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers
- Invoice processing
- Creation of purchase orders
- Handling all queries and rejections, liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
- Using multiple online portal systems to upload invoices
- Heavy administration based
- Communicating with clients and customer over the phone
Invoicing Administrator qualities:
- Some experience with invoicing and administration necessary
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
