Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with retention policies.
  • Accurately input, update, and verify data in company systems, generating reports as needed.
  • Assist team members and managers with scheduling, document preparation, and responding to queries.
  • Handle miscellaneous duties, such as preparing communications, supporting projects, and ordering office supplies.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor interactions professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating deliveries.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensure a functional workspace.
