We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a successful team, providing efficient and timely repairs and installation services across the retail, leisure, and care sectors. In this role, youll work closely with FM Service Providers and Blue Chip organizations to deliver exceptional maintenance services while upholding a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of tasks including building, carpentry, and basic plumbing independently.
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance services with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct surveys as needed and provide insightful options for consideration.
- Maintain professionalism in light commercial environments, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 service operations.
- Effectively utilize a full set of hand tools and equipment.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry is preferred.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay Rate: Starting from £15.50 per hour
- Expected Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week
