• Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, especially in manufacturing, is a plus—but we’re eager to train the right person.

• Sourcing Talent: Find the best candidates across multiple sites.
• Compliance & Fit: Ensure each candidate meets role requirements and company standards.
• Client Support: Be the go-to person, offering on-call support to clients once every 3 weeks.
