The role requires working 5 days a week, including one weekend day, with weekday hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Key responsibilities include liaising with the public, conducting property viewings, handling administration tasks, negotiating prices, and managing inbound and outbound calls.

Are you keen to get your foot in the door of the property industry? Or do you have experience as a Sales Negotiator and are looking for a new opportunity? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused candidate to join their amazing team in Sidcup!

You will be working 5 days a week, with 1 weekday off and 1 day off over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday. Weekday working hours 9-6, Saturday working hours 9-5 and Sunday working hours 10-4.

Key duties include, but not limited to:

Liaising with the public, matching properties to clients needs
Property viewings
All administration
Price negotiation
Outbound/inbound calls

Skills/Experience:

Either a keen interest to get into the property industry or 2+ years experience as a sales negotiator
Good administration skills
Strong communication skills
Full UK driving license
